These terms govern your use of the Bij Baji platform, including account registration, deposits and withdrawals in PKR, bonuses, casino and sports betting activity, and responsible gaming obligations. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

One account per person. You must be 18 or older to register. Accurate personal information is required. Bij Baji may verify your identity before processing withdrawals or granting bonus access.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and Bij Baji ("the Platform", "we", "us"). To use the Bij Baji platform, you are required to register an account. Registration requires you to provide accurate and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid contact number and a working email address. This information must remain current — you are responsible for updating your account details if your circumstances change.
Bij Baji operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — identified by name, contact details, payment method, device, IP address or any combination of these — will be treated as duplicate accounts. In such cases, Bij Baji reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold bonus winnings accrued across those accounts. Real-money winnings earned from genuine deposits may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
All Bij Baji accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, withdrawals, bonus amounts and game balances are displayed and processed in PKR. There is no currency conversion step applied to your account balance.
Your username must not impersonate another person, contain offensive language or use any name that Bij Baji deems inappropriate. Bij Baji reserves the right to require a username change if the chosen name violates these guidelines.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Bij Baji login credentials. This includes your username, password and any verification codes sent to your registered contact number or email address. All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested — is treated as having been carried out by you, regardless of who actually performed the action.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify Bij Baji support immediately. Bij Baji may temporarily suspend your account during investigation of an unauthorised access report. While Bij Baji takes reasonable steps to secure the platform, it cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable precautions with their login credentials.
Use a strong, unique password for your Bij Baji account. Do not reuse passwords from other platforms. Enable any additional verification options available in your account security settings.
Bij Baji accepts deposits in PKR through the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards and credit cards. All deposit methods are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits which are displayed at the time of deposit. These limits may differ by payment method. Bij Baji does not charge a deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — these are outside Bij Baji's control and are not reimbursed.
JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically credit to your account balance within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed on the payment provider's side. Raast transfers generally process quickly given the real-time nature of Pakistan's interbank infrastructure. Bank transfer and card deposits may take longer depending on banking processing times.
Deposits must only be made from payment accounts and cards that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using a payment method registered in another person's name, is not permitted and may result in account suspension. Bij Baji may request proof of ownership of a payment method if there is reason to believe the method does not belong to the account holder.
Only deposit amounts you can comfortably afford to use for entertainment purposes. Consider setting a deposit limit in your account settings before you start playing.
Withdrawal requests may be made from your account balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed in PKR and returned to a payment method associated with your account. Where possible, Bij Baji will return funds to the same method used for the most recent deposit.
Bij Baji may require identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or where the withdrawal amount exceeds a threshold set by the platform. Verification documents that may be requested include a government-issued ID and proof of the payment method being used. Withdrawals will be held pending until satisfactory verification is completed.
If your account balance includes active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements, the wagering condition must be met before the bonus portion of your balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Real-money funds deposited by you that are not part of a bonus are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to standard verification and processing terms.
Withdrawal processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of the request being approved. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days. VIP tier members receive prioritised withdrawal processing as part of their tier benefits, which reduces typical processing times at higher VIP levels.
Bij Baji reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, a terms violation or a dispute involving the account. Players will be notified of any delay and the reason for it where this can be communicated without compromising an ongoing investigation.
Bij Baji offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses on first deposits, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins offers and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer in the Promotions section of the platform.
Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements. This means the bonus amount — or in some cases the bonus plus the deposit amount — must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games and time limit for each bonus are stated in the individual promotion terms.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager toward the wagering requirement. Only one active bonus can be applied to your account at a time. Accepting a new bonus before meeting the wagering requirements of an existing bonus may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus. Check your bonus status in the account section before opting in to a new offer.
Always read the specific terms of a promotion before opting in. The terms published in the Promotions section are the definitive and complete terms for that offer.
The Bij Baji casino section includes slots, standard table games — Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Video Poker — and a live casino section with real dealer tables streamed in real time. All games operate using certified random number generation (RNG) for non-live games, and real physical dealing processes for live casino titles.
Game results are final once a round is completed. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino round, the outcome of the round as recorded on the dealer's side is treated as the official result. Bij Baji is not responsible for internet connectivity issues on the player's side that result in a missed round outcome or a bet being placed in an unintended market.
In the event of a technical malfunction that materially affects a game round — such as a game freezing mid-round, incorrect odds being displayed, or a software error producing an erroneous result — Bij Baji reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts. Winnings generated as a result of a clear software error or display malfunction will not be paid out.
Each game on the Bij Baji platform has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within the game interface before you place a wager. High-limit tables are available to VIP tier members in both the standard casino and live casino sections. These limits are set by Bij Baji and may be adjusted from time to time without prior notice.
The Bij Baji sports betting section covers Cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, T20 internationals and bilateral series — as well as Football, Esports and other sports available on the platform at any given time. Both pre-match and in-play betting markets are offered across eligible fixtures.
Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is placed and confirmed. Bij Baji does not guarantee that odds will remain at any particular level and players should confirm the final odds before submitting a bet.
A bet may be voided in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the relevant market is determined; the bet was placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical or human error; a duplicate bet was accepted due to a system error. Voided bets have their stakes returned to the player's account balance.
In-play markets are updated in real time during a match. There may be a brief delay between events occurring in a live match and the in-play odds being updated on the platform. Bets placed during a suspension of in-play markets — for example, following the fall of a wicket in a PSL match — will be accepted or rejected according to the platform's in-play suspension rules displayed at the time.
Markets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body — for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic cricket fixtures. In cases of dispute over an official result, Bij Baji will wait for the official governing body's confirmation before settling the market.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Bij Baji platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of bonuses and winnings, and recovery of funds where applicable:
Bij Baji monitors platform activity for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Investigations are conducted confidentially and Bij Baji is not obliged to disclose the specifics of its monitoring processes or the evidence gathered during an investigation.
Bij Baji reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close a player account at any time and without prior notice if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.
In cases where an account is suspended pending investigation, Bij Baji will aim to complete the investigation within a reasonable timeframe and communicate the outcome to the player. If the investigation concludes that no violation occurred, the suspension will be lifted and normal account access restored.
If an account is closed following a confirmed terms violation, any balance held in the account will be reviewed as part of the closure process. Balances derived from genuine real-money deposits not connected to the violation may be returned at Bij Baji's discretion. Bonus winnings and balances derived from promotional funds will not be returned where a violation is confirmed.
Players who wish to close their account voluntarily — either for personal reasons or as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion — may do so through the account settings section or by contacting Bij Baji support. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements.

Bij Baji is not liable for indirect, consequential or economic losses arising from platform use, including losses arising from missed betting opportunities during periods of downtime.
Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of Bij Baji complies with the laws applicable in their own jurisdiction. Bij Baji makes no representation that the platform is lawful to use in any particular location and is not liable for any consequences arising from a player using the platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming is restricted.
Bij Baji may update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, players with active accounts will be notified through the platform — either via an on-screen notification at login, an email to the registered address or a notice published in the platform's announcements section.
The updated Terms will take effect on the date stated in the notification. If you continue to use the Bij Baji platform after the effective date of an update, you will be considered to have accepted the revised Terms.
