Bij Baji Privacy Policy – How We Protect Your Data

Your personal information matters. This Privacy Policy explains exactly what data Bij Baji collects when you use our platform, how it is used, who it may be shared with, and what rights you have over your own information. We keep it straightforward so you know where you stand.

Six Things We Want You to Know

These cards summarise the most important points. The full policy sections below contain all the details.

We Collect Only What We Need

Bij Baji collects personal data that is directly necessary to operate your account — your name, contact details, date of birth, payment information and account activity. We do not collect data for the sake of it.

Your Data Is Never Sold

Personal information collected by Bij Baji is not sold to third parties, marketing companies or data brokers. Your data exists to make your account work — not to generate revenue for anyone else.

Limited, Purposeful Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us deliver the platform — payment processors like JazzCash and Easypaisa, identity verification services and fraud prevention partners. Each receives only what they need.

Encryption and Secure Storage

Account data, payment details and personal information are stored using encryption. Sensitive data such as payment credentials is never stored in plain text on Bij Baji's systems.

Your Rights Over Your Data

You can request a copy of the personal data Bij Baji holds about you, ask for corrections to inaccurate information, or request account closure and data deletion. Contact Bij Baji support to make any of these requests.

Cookies Used for Platform Function

Bij Baji uses cookies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences and measure basic site performance. We do not use third-party advertising cookies that track you across other websites.

1 Introduction

Bij Baji ("the Platform", "we", "us") takes the privacy of its players seriously. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store and protect personal information when you register an account, make a deposit or withdrawal in PKR, place bets, play casino games, use live casino features, or interact with any other part of the Bij Baji platform.

By creating a Bij Baji account or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read this Privacy Policy and understand how your personal data is handled. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, you should not register an account or continue using the platform.

This policy applies to all users of the Bij Baji platform regardless of the device used to access it — whether that is a mobile browser, desktop browser or the Bij Baji app on Android. It covers all sections of the platform including Casino, Live Casino, Slots, Sports Betting, Promotions and the VIP programme.

This Privacy Policy was last updated in January 2026. We recommend reviewing it periodically. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

2 Data We Collect

Bij Baji collects personal information in several ways — directly from you when you register and use the platform, automatically when you interact with the platform, and from third-party service providers where necessary to operate the service.

Information You Provide Directly

  • Registration details: Full name, date of birth, email address, mobile number and a password when you create your Bij Baji account.
  • Identity verification documents: Government-issued ID such as a CNIC or passport, which may be requested before processing withdrawals or granting access to certain account features.
  • Payment information: Details of the payment method you use to deposit or withdraw — for example your JazzCash or Easypaisa mobile wallet number, bank account details for Raast or bank transfer, or card details for card payments. Full card numbers are processed by the payment provider and are not stored on Bij Baji's own servers.
  • Support communications: Any messages, queries or complaints you send to the Bij Baji support team through chat or email.
  • Responsible gaming settings: Deposit limits, session reminders or self-exclusion requests you configure through your account settings.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Device and browser information: Device type, operating system, browser type and version, screen resolution and language settings.
  • IP address and approximate location: Your IP address is logged when you access the platform. This is used for fraud detection and security purposes, not for precise location tracking.
  • Platform activity: Games played, bets placed, deposit and withdrawal history, bonus activity, session durations and login timestamps.
  • Cookie and session data: Information stored in cookies that keep you logged in, remember your preferences and measure basic platform performance. See Section 6 for more on cookies.

Information from Third Parties

Where you verify your identity through a third-party identity verification provider, that provider may share the outcome of the verification check with Bij Baji. Similarly, payment processors confirm transaction status to Bij Baji so that deposits can be credited and withdrawal requests processed accurately.

Bij Baji does not purchase data lists from data brokers or marketing companies. All personal data we hold comes from your direct interaction with the platform or from the service providers who help us operate it.

3 How We Use Your Data

The personal data collected by Bij Baji is used for specific, legitimate purposes directly related to operating the platform and maintaining your account. We do not use your data for purposes unrelated to the Bij Baji service.

Purpose Data Used
Creating and managing your account Name, email, mobile number, date of birth, password
Processing deposits and withdrawals in PKR Payment method details, account balance, transaction history
Identity verification before withdrawals Government-issued ID documents, name, date of birth
Fraud detection and security monitoring IP address, device data, login history, transaction patterns
Responsible gaming compliance Deposit limits set, session data, self-exclusion status
Platform improvement and performance analysis Aggregated, anonymised usage data
Responding to support queries Account details, communication history
Sending account-related notifications Email address, mobile number

Marketing Communications

Bij Baji may send you notifications about new promotions, bonus offers or platform features. These are sent to the email address or mobile number registered on your account. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time through your account notification settings. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect transactional notifications such as deposit confirmations, withdrawal updates or security alerts — these will continue to be sent as they relate directly to your account.

4 Payment Data and Financial Transactions

All deposits and withdrawals on Bij Baji are processed in PKR. The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards and credit cards. Each of these payment methods involves a payment processor who handles the technical processing of the transaction.

When you make a payment through JazzCash or Easypaisa, your transaction is processed by those providers' own systems. Bij Baji receives a confirmation of the transaction outcome — whether the payment was successful or failed — along with the amount and your account reference. Your JazzCash or Easypaisa PIN and full mobile wallet credentials are never transmitted to or stored by Bij Baji.

For card payments, card details are entered directly into the payment processor's secure interface. Bij Baji stores only a masked reference to the card (for example, the last four digits and card type) to display in your account for your reference. Full card numbers, CVV codes and card authentication data are not stored on Bij Baji's servers.

Transaction Records

Bij Baji maintains records of all deposits and withdrawals associated with your account. These records include the transaction date, amount in PKR, payment method type and transaction reference. This data is retained as part of your account history and may be reviewed during identity verification or in the course of resolving a dispute.

If you believe there is an error in your transaction history, contact Bij Baji support as soon as possible. We will investigate and correct any verified discrepancy promptly.

5 Data Sharing

Bij Baji does not sell personal data to any third party. We share data only where it is necessary to deliver the platform's services, and only with parties who are contractually required to handle it securely and use it solely for the purpose for which it was shared.

Categories of Third Parties We Share Data With

  • Payment processors: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and other payment infrastructure providers receive transaction data necessary to process deposits and withdrawals. Each payment provider has its own privacy policy governing how they handle this data.
  • Identity verification providers: Where identity checks are conducted, a verification provider receives the document images and personal details submitted for verification. The provider returns a verification outcome to Bij Baji.
  • Fraud and security services: Bij Baji uses fraud detection tools that analyse transaction patterns and account activity to identify unusual behaviour. These tools process data on Bij Baji's behalf under strict data processing agreements.
  • Platform infrastructure providers: Hosting, content delivery and platform technology providers who process data as part of delivering the Bij Baji service. These providers operate under contractual obligations that restrict their use of the data.
  • Customer support tools: The systems used to manage and respond to support queries may process communication data as part of handling your enquiry.

Legal Disclosures

Bij Baji may disclose personal data if required to do so by a valid legal process or in response to a legitimate request from a relevant authority. In such cases, Bij Baji will disclose only the minimum data required to comply with the request and will notify the affected account holder where it is lawfully permitted to do so.

Bij Baji will never ask you to share your account password, payment PINs or one-time codes with a support agent. If you receive a message claiming to be from Bij Baji and requesting this information, treat it as suspicious and contact support through the official channel.

6 Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Bij Baji uses cookies — small text files stored on your device — to make the platform work correctly and to improve your experience. Cookies are used for the following purposes on the Bij Baji platform:

  • Session cookies: Keep you logged in to your account during a browsing session. These are deleted when you close your browser or log out.
  • Preference cookies: Remember your settings such as language and display preferences so you do not need to reconfigure them each visit.
  • Security cookies: Help identify and prevent fraudulent login attempts and unusual account activity by recognising trusted devices.
  • Performance cookies: Collect anonymised data about how pages are used — which sections are visited most, where errors occur — to help us improve the platform. This data does not identify individual users.

What We Do Not Use

Bij Baji does not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking technologies that follow your activity on other websites. The cookie data collected on the Bij Baji platform stays within the Bij Baji environment and the service providers who directly support the platform's operation.

Managing Cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to view, block or delete cookies. Be aware that blocking session and security cookies will prevent certain platform features from working correctly, including staying logged in to your account. Detailed instructions for managing cookies are available in the help documentation of your browser.

7 Data Security

Bij Baji applies technical and procedural measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or loss. The specific measures in place include:

  • Encryption in transit: All data transmitted between your device and the Bij Baji platform is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. This protects your login credentials, personal information and payment data as it travels across the network.
  • Encryption at rest: Sensitive personal data stored on Bij Baji's systems — including passwords, which are hashed rather than stored in plain text — is stored in encrypted form.
  • Access controls: Access to personal data within Bij Baji's systems is restricted to staff and systems that have a legitimate operational need for it. Access is logged and monitored.
  • Fraud monitoring: Automated systems monitor account activity for patterns consistent with fraud, account takeover attempts or prohibited conduct, allowing the platform to respond quickly to security threats.

While Bij Baji takes these security measures seriously, no internet-connected platform can guarantee absolute security. In the unlikely event of a data breach that affects your personal information, Bij Baji will take immediate steps to contain the breach and will notify affected users as soon as reasonably practicable.

Players also have a role in account security. Using a strong, unique password for your Bij Baji account and not sharing your login credentials with others significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised account access. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact Bij Baji support immediately.

8 Data Retention

Bij Baji retains personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected and to meet the platform's operational obligations. The general retention principles applied are:

  • Active accounts: Personal data associated with an active Bij Baji account is retained for the duration the account remains open and active.
  • Closed accounts: When an account is closed — whether voluntarily or due to a terms violation — certain data is retained for a period after closure. Transaction records and identity verification data may be retained to meet fraud prevention, security investigation and dispute resolution obligations. The retention period for this data is generally up to five years from account closure.
  • Support communications: Records of support interactions are retained for a period sufficient to resolve any related disputes or follow-up queries, typically up to two years.
  • Anonymised data: Aggregated, anonymised data used for platform analytics and performance measurement does not contain personal identifiers and may be retained indefinitely for internal reporting purposes.

Once data is no longer required for its original purpose and no retention obligation applies, Bij Baji will securely delete or anonymise it. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting support — see Section 9 for details of your rights.

9 Your Rights Over Your Personal Data

As a Bij Baji account holder, you have the following rights in relation to the personal data the platform holds about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact Bij Baji support with your request. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and may ask you to verify your identity before actioning a request.

  • Right to access: You can request a copy of the personal data Bij Baji holds about you. We will provide this in a clear, readable format.
  • Right to correction: If any personal data held on your account is inaccurate or out of date, you can request that it be corrected. Basic account details such as your contact number and email address can also be updated directly in your account settings.
  • Right to deletion: You may request that Bij Baji delete the personal data associated with your account. Note that deletion requests may not be fulfilled in full where retention is required for fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution or to comply with a legal obligation. We will inform you of any data that cannot be deleted and the reason why.
  • Right to object to marketing: You can opt out of marketing communications at any time through your account notification settings, or by contacting support. Opting out does not affect transactional account communications.
  • Right to data portability: You may request your account data in a structured, machine-readable format. This applies to data you have actively provided — such as registration details and transaction history.

To make a data rights request, contact Bij Baji support with the subject line "Data Rights Request". Include your registered email address and a brief description of your request. We will acknowledge receipt and provide a timeline for completion.

10 Children and Underage Users

Bij Baji is strictly an 18+ platform. The platform is not intended for, and does not knowingly collect personal data from, anyone under the age of 18. Age verification is a mandatory part of the registration process and may be verified again before a first withdrawal is processed.

If Bij Baji becomes aware that an account has been registered by a person under the age of 18, that account will be closed immediately. Any deposits made by the underage user will be returned to the payment method used, and any bonus or promotional winnings accrued on the account will be forfeited.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor has registered a Bij Baji account using your or their own details, please contact Bij Baji support immediately so the account can be investigated and closed. Please visit the Responsible Gaming page for additional guidance on protecting young people from accessing online gaming platforms.

11 Updates to This Privacy Policy

Bij Baji may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in platform practices, the services we use, or evolving best practices in data protection. When material changes are made, we will notify active account holders through the platform — typically via an on-screen notice at login or a notification sent to the registered email address.

The effective date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically so you are always aware of how your data is handled. Continued use of the Bij Baji platform after the effective date of a policy update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Previous versions of this Privacy Policy are available on request by contacting Bij Baji support. Requests will be fulfilled within a reasonable timeframe.
